Patient information is stored securely adhering to HIPAA privacy and security regulations. This includes information provided during visits, telehealth sessions, or on intake forms. I do not share your information with outside parties without consent or as required by law.

Information collected

Personal information you provide: name, email, phone number, and any information submitted via contact forms.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, and website usage through analytics tools.

Cookies: small files to improve site functionality and user experience.

Phone/text/email communications: Contact via phone or text may occur for scheduling or basic messaging. Standard messaging or call rates apply. You can opt out any time by letting me know or texting STOP. Please note that text messages and standard email are not considered fully secure under HIPAA. It is recommended not to send sensitive medical information via uncrypted text or email. If you choose to use these methods, you acknowledge potential privacy risks.
